This is a working browser simulation, from editable estimate to a fictional paid job. Every step is connected. No signup required.
Not available to purchase
Choose a trade, make the estimate yours, and take a fictional job all the way through. The phone and dashboard move together.
Use your own assumptions. Sample rates are not recommended trade prices.
Discount applies to the original estimate. Extra work is priced separately. Tax is an illustrative document-level calculation.
An estimate is in a spreadsheet, job photos are on a phone, and the payment reminder is in your head. Tradeflow keeps the paperwork and next action attached to the job.
Proposed first edition is for one business and one device; Android first, Windows later. Cross-device sync, accounting, automatic messages, tax compliance and legally binding e-signatures are not promised. Start with one trade and one regional document format.
Not yet. This is a detailed product concept with a working browser demo. There is no released app, live store listing or checkout. All prepared customers, jobs and payment entries are fictional.
You can edit sample quantities and rates, review the scope, record fictional approval, choose a visit date, complete a checklist, approve or decline an extra item, create a sample invoice and record simulated payments. Totals and the phone companion update from the same state.
No. The demo records fictional approval without a signature or legal effect. The proposed app would use terms supplied or reviewed for your business and jurisdiction. It would not provide legal approval.
No. USD amounts are illustrative sample data. The tax control is an arithmetic example, not a regional tax rule. You would supply your own rates, tax settings and reviewed document format.
No. Payments are entries in a simulated ledger. The reminder is a preview. No money moves and no customer message is sent.
English, French and Arabic share the same numeric state. Each trade keeps its own sample while you explore this page. The demo is held in memory: refreshing the page starts fresh. User-entered notes remain exactly as typed.
The first proposed edition targets a local Android workflow for one business and one device, with user-controlled backup. Offline reliability still needs native device testing. A Windows companion is a later target; cross-device sync is not included in the initial promise.
Job notes and document references are part of the proposed workflow. The demo uses prepared reference art and a sample note; it does not upload files. FieldScan is an optional related concept exporting ordinary PDFs, not a required purchase or confirmed integration.
A focused customer and job record, reusable estimate items, reviewed scope documents, a manual payment ledger and a follow-up list. Payroll, full accounting, automatic bank reconciliation, dispatch optimisation and legal e-signatures are outside the initial scope.
The current hypothesis is a one-time price of $14.99 for the initial edition, subject to validation. Final price, features, regional formats and availability will be confirmed before launch. There is no subscription or purchase to activate in this demo.
This sequence is a proposal, not a committed release schedule. Native app behaviour, export formats and store availability still need validation.
Validate estimating, visit and follow-up needs with independent businesses.
Review one document format, tax configuration and native Android workflow.
Check offline recovery, backups, device behaviour and document exports.
Explore a Windows companion and additional regional formats after the first workflow is validated.
The estimate you repeat. The note you lose. The follow-up you wish was easier. Bring us the real workflow.
The practical details for choosing and using this product. Check the selected release notes for feature availability.

No. You supply and maintain your rates, quantities and assumptions. It organises your estimate rather than acting as a trade pricing authority.
No. Agreement wording must be supplied or reviewed for your business and jurisdiction before use.
